Camila Ramos

I’ve been in real estate since I was in the womb: my architect-mom pregnant with me as my parents renovated their house in Cuba. I spent my childhood with a drill in hand, helping my master carpenter and dad-of-all-trades with improving our houses and investment projects, while learning how my mom found, negotiated and sold properties and designed their renovations. This was a small-scale side hustle for us, with just over a dozen properties purchased and projects completed in the 30 years we’ve been in the US.

In my 20’s, I loved finding charming apartments and moving after a year or two so I could experience the energy of the next space. I was that friend who helped you find, negotiate, and move into your new spot, just for fun. I went to the University of Florida and studied microbiology, marketing, and math. I spent the last 15+ professional years in the hospitality industry, most recently at my passion project of eight years @alldaymia. In 2021, I took time off and professionally realigned to what I realized was truly a lifelong pursuit: real estate.

These days, I’m still the friend that will help find your home, investment, and commercial spaces with the same joy and excitement as I did for fun in my 20’s. Now I’m equipped with years of market data and effective negotiation strategies to make sure my clients are always on top. I understand the nuances of contracts and financing terms, allowing me to work with settlement attorneys and lenders to leverage your offers whether you are the Buyer, Seller, Landlord or Tenant. I offer design and project management services to help Sellers renovate and get the most out of their sale, as well as concierge services to help make residential transitions as seamless as possible. My background in the restaurant industry and marketing also allows me to offer support to restaurants looking to sell their business assets, including intellectual property.
